I got all excited then as I really need a free weekend to shift some [STRIKE]rubbish[/STRIKE] erm - quality used items!! But i've not recieved an email and theres nothing on the announcement page yet:mad:

I'm a comparative eBay newbie and I'm really looking foward to my first free listing. One thing I can't find an answer to on the site - will my listings be free if I do them today and specify that they're posted tomorrow?

No, what you need to do is list on sell your item, then schedule to start, I'd put in a date next week, in case you forget. It will say that the cost will be 6p, this won't get added on until it goes live.
Then when you want to upload them edit & upload immediately. The 6p charge disappears.
If you want to schedule to upload over the weekend without editing than you will pay 6p each listing.

I now only tend to sell on free listing days, luckily for me most of my items are unique so I don't get much competition.

I'm going to photo everything in my attic and stick it on ebay.

Peeps don't forget to buff up your prices because of the hiked fees.
