Low DSR rating

I have been left a 1 * for item as described. By running reports, I have narrowed it down to three feedback, all left on different dates. By re-running the reports, I think I know exactly who left it, but in the feedback they have put "As described. Fast delivery. Great Ebayer"
Firstly, have I worked it out correctly by running day by day reports until I can see which date it appeared, and if so, is there anything I can do to appeal ?

If you were left a positive there is nothing you can do.
I had a similar situation where I was left + feedback and low dsr's from someone who i had blocked from bidding on my items, she got around this by using a friends account.
I spoke to/emailed ebay several times without success.0 -
Talking to Live Chat now, and their response is
" one member could have not left the full star rating compared with the rest. It is really important that you establish a good communication with the buyers."
If the buyers don't tell me they have a problem, how am I supposed to communicate with them ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
In a similar situation 6 months ago, I wasted a lot of time and energy 'communicating' with ebay, and achieved nothing. My FB was '5 star ebayer brilliant service will buy again'. I know it's easy to say, but I think you're stuck in a ridiculously unfair situation. I now email ebay regularly asking them to re-word the DSRs. I don't think I'll get anywhere, but it cheers me up a bit to waste some of their time too.0

Ignore live chat, phone CS and inform them you believe the one star for IAD was left by mistake and could they review the comment and stars and remove if within the guidelines. I wouldn't really say anything else, if they then say no mention the comment conflicting with the stars and see what they say.
Out of interest did you know what other stars they left and would there be any reason they might feel the item wasn't as described?In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Thanks for the advice. I spoke to Ebay Customer Services last night, they phoned the buyer and subsequently removed the feedback :TYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
