I've been a regular reader here for the last 5 months since I opened my ebay shop & I've learnt a lot. Thank You everybody.
Just checked my feedback & I've had my first neutral. Knew it was only a matter of time but obviously people don't read descriptions.
The item is a new handbag which had a small mark on the front.This is mentioned in the description and can be seen in the photos. Only went for 99p + p&p which I was happy with.
Feedback said 'Very fast posting but large brown mark on front'
Have left a reply to this saying that it was stated in description that it had a mark & could be seen in the photos.
Won't lose any sleep over it but good to have a bit of a rant.
