PPI, am i eligable?

How do i know or prove im due PPI refunds if i have no paperwork? im in an IVA and only have details of the loans and creditcards i had on entering the iva.When ive been asked about insurance ive always said no but does this mean they wont have charged me anyway? confused!

You don't need paperwork to say why you think you were mis-sold unless you are reliant on a verbal accusation as the only wrong doing.When ive been asked about insurance ive always said no but does this mean they wont have charged me anyway?
Wouldnt you have spotted the increase cost? They cant just hide it. It does stand out. You would only miss it if you had a dodgy clerk and you didnt take any interest in the documentation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
