No landline installed in my new flat. Want cheap broadband - who should I go for?

As I understand it, BT charge £130 to install the landline whereas various others knock it down. Orange charge £60 to install it and O2 charge £85. As I'm already an orange customer, they'll charge £7.50 on top of £11.50 line rental which seems like a good deal but nobody on previous threads has even mentioned orange. Should they be avoided?
Where can I find the best deal? Due to their reputation I'm already avoiding TalkTalk and Plusnet have a 10MB cap so not interested.

Plusnet also have a 60GB plan (usage between midnight and 8am does not count) which costs £11 a month I believe. I pay £22.49 for the evening & weekend calls plan plus the 60GB usage.

Depends what you want to do, cheap price and quality dont go together! Remember theres a genuine reason why its cheap. Read the small print if you can find it and check in to FUP, throttling etc.
O2 used to be good until new packages this year but may suffice.
Phone line and rental can be cheaper by going with separate provider.
www.yourcalls.net must be good been with them 5 years but have a rolling contract like BT cop you on.
Wouldnt use their broadband service, may be ok?0
