Chatterbox.com cashback rebates
6 months ago I took out a Vodafone contract through Chatterbox.com. Followed all t&c`s and sent in bills as requested by recorded delivery. No refund has been provided and no reply to my e-mail asking where my rebate was after 28 days.
Anyone else had problems with them? Did you get your money? Could I take them to a small claims court for breach of contract?
We are talking of £225 rebate so I am not going to let them get away with it.
Any advice welcome.

i got my money back.
they didnt respond at all to me initially.
but when they finally responded the money had already been paid in.0 -
Mine took about 3 weeks to come through - I did call asking about it onceI think....0
