PPI Reclaiming

Hello - this is my first time posting on here and I have been amazed at all your success stories.

My husband has a HSBC credit card and hadn't realised he has been paying PPI on it. He has sent letters of complaint (by recorded delivery - so we know they have been received).

He has already received a refund on his loan PPI - back in 2007 - the insurance wasn't worth the paper it was written on and HSBC refunded his premiums plus a small amount of interest.

Has anyone got a direct contact for HSBC Credit cards? - apparently the credit card arm of HSBC is run as a seperate business from HSBC Bank.

Any help would be gratefully received - thank you.:)
