PPI Reclaim - Car finance in Scotland

Reclaiming ppi on car finance, for a car bought in Scotland.

Do the same rules/letters apply as we are doing in the UK

Or do the court rulings have no effect and it is a totally diffeent ball game?

Make the complaint in exactly the same way.

One of mine was against the Bank Of Scotland, and the complaints process was the same.

There's a statement on the FOS website:

"Broadly, we cover businesses that provide retail financial products and services in or from the UK"
