Would this feedback be allowed?

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I know one of the feedback rules are that your not allowed to leave Negative statements left for a buyer that conflict with the positive rating

But would this be allowed : Quick to pay but also quick to leave neutral feedback - Please read USED policy

    Doubt it, that's why they stopped sellers leaving negative feedback for buyers.

    what's the point of that feedback, except encouraging that buyer to add a follow up to their feedback and make it even more conspicuous.

    If you left feedback like that it would just make you look like a muppet and dodgy.

    It was left for me..... Trying to get it removed.

    You should be able to. Be persistent with ebay. Use the word Malicious with them that seems to help.
