Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 2020 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Calls from other networks may be higher and from mobiles will be considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 60330 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 60330 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw a third time for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.

Prize:

The prize is a cheque for £5,000 (five thousand pounds) payable in the name of the winner only and deliverable within 28 days of winner confirmation, as well as a trip for four (4) consecutive nights to Las Vegas, USA, (the “trip”) for the winner and three (3) companions (the winner’s companions must be aged 12 or over) including:

· British Airways return economy flights (such tickets may not be upgraded) from London Heathrow to Las Vegas;

· Four-nights hotel accommodation at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino on a room only basis based on four people sharing a twin or double room (two people per room); and

· Tickets to see a performance of Penn and Teller at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

The trip must be booked and taken between 1 September 2011 and 31 July 2012 subject to availability, except that the trip is not available between 1 December 2011 and 10 January 2012 or such other dates as may be specified by the prize provider. Please note that there is reduced availability on weekend dates and dates around UK and US public holidays. It is the winner’s responsibility to advise the prize provider of their preferred date to take up the trip at least 30 days before the preferred date of travel. Please note that Penn and Teller may be unavailable to perform at The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas during the dates when the winner elects to take up the trip, and the prize provider shall inform the winner of such dates where applicable. The winner and their companions acknowledge that in the event that the performance of Penn and Teller does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, return transfers from the airport in Las Vegas to the hotel, any additional accommodation, transportation and/or travelling expenses, all meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, insurance, personal expenses, visas and supplementary products and services. If the winner wishes to travel alone, the winner forfeits all elements of the prize relating to their companions (by way of example and without excluding, flights and tickets to the Penn and Teller performance).

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay all costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary (including but not limited to taking the scheduled operated flights as specified by the prize provider) and to the local laws in Las Vegas, USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for driving and for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages, and to other relevant health and safety guidelines and instructions as may be specified by the prize provider. Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize.
