PayDay UK taking monies...Help!

Hi Everyone,
Looking for some advice
I am in debt (around 30k) but since Feb have been in a Debt Management plan with the CCCS who have been brilliant.
3months ago I got a call on behalf of Payday uk saying they were rejecting my offer.
I have changed bank accounts, but agreed with them a 12 month repayment plan of £78 a month to be reviewed after 3 months.
I confirmed with the agent that they wouldn't suddenly try to take the full amount without my knowledge and he confirmed they would not do this.
Just checked my bank account and they have done just that! £665.
Called and spoken to them and asked them to refer back to the taped conversation which they are now doing, but so stressed now!
Don't really know what to do! Any advice. With them having taken all that, I now don't have enough money to live on, pay the bills and pay the agreed £1300 to CCCS this month!!!!!!
Help.... please!

O.K firstly one of the main reasons you change bank accounts (and don't give them your new bank details) is precisely because of this kind of thing happening
Good news though:
1) you owe less to the payday loan now
2) You will need to call up CCCS and explain what has happened and explain you won't be able to make the payment to them this month.
You MAY be able to get the bank to reverse the transaction and get the money put back in the bank for now but this isn't likely to stop the payday loan people taking the money in future again
Unfortunately I think your best bet is to get another new bank account and this time don't give your details to the payday loan people - standing order payments only.
How did you pay the payday loan people - did you pay them by card payment? They will probably argue that you gave them permission to take subsequent payments
A complete nightmare for you. If you are able to get the bank to reverse the unauthorised transaction then you should do that - go to the bank/phone them and explain that you categorically did not give permission for these idiots to take money from your account and you need it back pronto. When you get the money back I would withdraw it all immeadiately and use the cash to pay people you need to and get on to people like the council tax, rent etc and make alternaive arrangements to pay this month until you can get another bank account set up.
Is there anything left in the account right now? If so can you go and withdraw it to stop the payday loans people taking a second bite?

HI Dancing Fairy
thanks for the reply. I called the bank and they've said they cannot reverse it!
The monies taken pay off the loan completely. I guess my best bet is to call CCCS and explain I can pay then £665 less this month, but really annoyed at Payday UK. Naieve I know - but I should never have given them my new bank details! What an idiot trusting that they wouldnot take all the monies at once.
I'm just worried about CCCS now - having to tell them I can't pay the full amount and then all my other creditors getting annoyed and starting to send me letters again!0 -
poor you - that really, really stinks!!DF0

Thanks "back in business"
Ultimately its allmy own fault for getting into a mess in the first place!, still you think you are getting back on track and then something like this happens. I know CCCS will be reasonable and only take what I can afford this month, but feel like such a numpty for giving Payday uk my bank details!
I'm more worried about the other creditors starting to send letters again if they only get half their monies agreed this month0
