Where to send PPI letters to?

I know this is really daft but do i send my ppi reclaim letters to my local bank or to the banks head offices? where am i likely to get the addresses from?

Either - the FSA rules allow it can be delivered to any office of the firm being complained to.
However, if you search for the firm on the FSA register it will give you the address.
Once you get the firm's basic details page, click on its "contact" page and it will normally give an address for complaints. That is the best choice.
Get proof of posting (free from the post office) as the FOS will deem it to have been received straightaway.
Alternatively, fax it - this gives an instant receipt and if it is within normal business hours it will be deemed to have arrived that day. Otherwise it will be deemed to have arrived when business hours next commence.0
