This is a real bargain. I'm currently doing another diet but if I weren't I would definitely get this.

    One of the terms:
-Delivery included for 1200 calorie option. 1500 calorie option requires additional £5 delivery charge

bit suspicious they don't tell you what you're getting, I bet it disappoints.

If you want to do the same for less, buy some reduced sugar own brand Swiss muesli and skimmed milk (that's your brekkie and dinner).

Add a load of different fruit and veg (that's your lunch and snacks).

    Hey presto, you're on a diet @ £15 a week. :D

Will they deliver anywhere or do you have to live in the Bristol area?
From what dates can you start receiving the meals?

Anyone that have done this diet before can I just ask...1) is it correct that the food do not need to be refrigerated? 2) If i don't have a microwave, are they able to be cooked on a hob or oven?

Looks like they deliver nationwide. Food looks pretty good to me http://www.dietchef.co.uk/the-food/

If you go on the site you choose your own meals so of-course they dont tell you what you're getting.
