Soolin can you advise my frience

Hi soolin hope you dont mind me asking you but you seem well up on these things. My friend put an offer on something on ebay, IMO something of a cheeky offer new item worth about 30.00 she paid 12.00. Seller said ok i will send you a paypal invoice, friend agreed against my advice. !2 days later still no item where does she stand protection wise. Obviously she has blown it with ebay but what about paypal. I think buyer has covered her back because invoice only said for goods not ebay goods, and she has several more of the same on her site. Seller is not a business seller. Any help please

Log on to paypal, go to resolution center, dispute a trans action then pick the payment and open a case for non delivery.

I would normally prefer to see the nature of the goods stated but even with 'goods' your friend should be OK as long as she sent a proper paypal payment and not a gift payment.

Firstly she needs to ask the seller about the delay, but if she doesn't get a satisfactory response from that in a few days then your friend can open am item not received claim on paypal.
