Play Trade returns (argh!)

Hi,
I recently sold Wii Sports Resort on Play Trade, packaged it up, sent it off and everything (I thought) was fine.
I then had an email saying she wanted to return it because she wanted "Wii Sports Resort 2011" (a game that doesn't even exist) - I explained this much, but she still wants to return it.
Considering it cost me probably £6 in postage and packaging (it had the Motion Plus add on too) and a 20 minute round trip to the post office... do I have to accept the item back?
Play.com's help section is incredible vague...

Quite frustrating too, since I only just moved from Ebay due to people complaining about it... but then this happens!0

Bump, anyone please - do I have to accept the return?! Play Trade don't have a contact number...0

If you're a business seller you have to accept returns under DSRs. If you're a private seller you have to make it clear before the sale that you do not accept returns otherwise your buyer can return. Saying you don't accept returns only applies to buyers changing their minds and not for any other reason.0

Play's T&C's say you have to include all charges in the initial price so you should have already factored that in, also that if you refund in full then you get your sellers fees back:
https://www.play.com/Helpdesk.aspx?page=TradeUserAgreement&r=HOME&pa=#jump-04
They don't seem to make the distinction between trade and private only those who pay a subscription to access the full services (who would mainly be traders) and those who don't.
There's a bit about returns from a buyers point of view from clause 3.11 onwards. there's also sections specifically aimed at sellers, including as 'Captain Serenity' says above that you need to set out your returns policy in advance, although most people I'm sure will just go along with Plays own guidelines.0 -
Ask her to provide you with a link for the game that she wants, also ask her in the same email if the item arrived in an satisfactory condition and is it still working etc.
Email it through playtrade, then once she has replied stating thats its arrived, and is in a satisfactory condition. Tell her that she cannot have a refund, but only once she has confirmed it has arrived etc.
From the play.com website -I want to return a PlayTrade purchase
Please be aware that we can only process returns for Play.com purchases. If you want to return an item purchased through our PlayTrade platform then you need to contact the seller directly to organise the return.0 -

Many thanks for your replies and advice, looking at the policy it seems I am not obliged to give her a refund... to be honest I'm not adverse to giving refunds and have given refunds for things before on Ebay, but when it's going to result in a loss for myself, just because she's after a game that doesn't even exist... seems a bit unfair :SHi,
I'm really sorry but it cost a lot to post, and not forgetting the packaging too (maybe £6 or so, plus 20 minutes to the post office and back)
The item is exactly as described, and if I'm honest I'm not quite sure what game your friend is after anyway! :-)
Best regards,

Hopefully that'll be an end to it...
somehow I don't think it will be! but I'd stick with it was as described and working, the listing was clear and you are not obliged to give her a refund if she mistakenly bought your item thinking it was something else, especially a game which does not even exist!0
