Hi .... I'm planning an overnight stay in Birmingham with 3 friends of mine, but the trouble is where to go ??
Now i know The Bullring will be the first point of call but its the nightlife.
Now we're not silly 20 yr olds who want to get smashed on Broad Street or the cheesy dance music all night. Something a bit more s'fisticated
to start the night off.
Whats a good wine bar or lounge with good happy clappy chilled dance music or a piano player.. people dressed up and not in jeans and t shirt . Now that might sound like a bit of a snob, but come on a bit of elegance to start the night for the ladies( might all go downhill after a few cocktails
).. and if they have a vip area how do i get into it :T.
So ladies and gents i'm looking for a nice girly evening.... probably at the end of the night a little boogie

Could always try the Symphony Hall or the Rep for a bit of culture!!
Sorry can't really say about nightlife except for Broad Street.0 -
Thanks for the suggestion Julie J .....but that might be taking it a bit too far :-D0

How about Brindley Place:

or The Mailbox

or on Summer Row

I live in Birmingham but haven`t been out in town for ages.
Have a great time0
