So you refund and will risk a negative. They don't have to accept a cancellation.

Ask yourself if you would be happy to get that message?

I am only being as blunt as your posts are brief.

You should not advertise if you have no stock so I am on the side of the buyer. Sorry

You can't cancel transactions unilaterally. If you have no stock you might need to reconsider listing something. Buyer probably understands this but I wouldn't cancel a transaction like this until I'd been refunded, as it shows good grace on the part of the seller - and if done in a reasonably mature way I might not even neg them.

Basically you grovel and apologise profusely for having messed them around. If they haven't actually refused the mutual already then they might relent and agree if you are contrite enough.

If not, then there is nothing you can do and as above you'll end up with the FVfs to pay and possibly a neg and poor stars.

Yes it is the shoe buyer.

Contacted ebay and they will sort it. They told me to refund and block which i have done.

Soolin, i havnt really got a lack of stock, it was easier to say that. What can they do if i say i havnt got stock(and havnt got nay)-i cant send it. They cant force me if i dont have it.

Unfortunately, the OP left a neg on this buyer's selling account, so these shoes were purchased specifically for the purpose of landing the OP with a retaliatory neg.
