Spiralling rents hit new record high

Good news for Landlords, but not so good for tenants:

Personally, I have just got new tenants into one of my BTLs in Ealing, and have managed to obtain a 20% increase in rent from when I first rented it out in 2009.
Healthy rise in capital values too !
