Prize Description:
One winner will win:

•

an eight (8) night land & sea holiday for four (4) people which includes:

o

four (4) nights at Walt Disney World in Orlando in Florida; and

o

four (4) nights aboard Disney Dream to The Bahamas, including Nassau and Castaway Cay (four

nights); and

•

a two (2) night holiday for four (4) people at Disneyland Paris.

a) One (1) Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah Category 5B (with a maximum of
four (4) persons per room);

c) Government Taxes, Fees and fuel surcharge (as defined in the

Disney Cruise Line brochure);

d) Onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess; dining room server, assistant server and head

server.

Items not included as part of the Disney Cruise Line element of the prize, which are the responsibility of

the winner include: shore excursions; travel insurance, laundry service, spa treatments; alcoholic

beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including internet,
merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses, additional tips and gratuities, income and other taxes,
transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport, and all other costs and expenses not

otherwise mentioned herein.

Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line holiday must be taken consecutively and must be booked

at least 45 days prior to intended travel dates, must be taken by August 11, 2012 and must be taken to
coincide with one of the three available sailings as follows as detailed below:
i. December 21, 2011

to December 29, 2011 (for December 22nd sailing)

ii. July 28, 2012

to August 5, 2012 (for August 1st sailing)

iii. August 11, 2012

to August 19, 2012 (for August 15th sailing)

2. The Prize booking is subject to availability and restrictions imposed by Disney Cruise Line and Walt

Disney World and airline seat availability. Dates in peak holiday periods and Resort, cruise ship or airline
block-out periods may not be available. The winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the
same routing. Disney cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of, flights or other arrangements.
3. In the event the winner is requested to provide preferred travel dates Disney or its travel agent will
look to accommodate such dates but cannot guarantee that the winner's preferences will be available. Once
confirmed the winner and their guests are subject to the travel conditions of the airline or other carrier.
4. Travel Insurance is not included. We recommend travel insurance is purchased for the winner and all their
guests before travel.
5. The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least 6 months after
arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable
immigration or other travel regulations.

6. Any children in the group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Disneyland Paris®

•

Four (4) round trip Eurostar standard class train fares between selected departure station of London St

Pancras, Ebbsfleet, Ashford International and Disneyland Paris OR four (4) round trip air fares between

winner’s closest regional airport and Paris Charles De Gaulle.

•

Two (2) nights stay at a hotel at Disneyland Paris® consisting of one (1) standard room (with a

maximum of four (4) persons per room), hotel to be selected by Disney in its sole discretion.

•

Four (4) 3-Day Park Hoppper Tickets valid for entry to both Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland Park

for the duration of stay.

•

Items that are not included as part of the Disneyland Paris element of the prize, which are the

responsibility of the winner include: travel insurance, spa treatments, all meals and drinks, alcoholic

1. Disneyland Paris package must be taken by no later than 30 July, 2012 and all date requests are subject to
availability. Winners will need to confirm their holiday a minimum of 30 days before travel date and 30 days
before the holiday expiry date.

seat availability. Dates in peak holiday periods and Resort or airline block-out periods may not be available. The
