Recent Bank court Rulings

Hello, can anyone advice me please? I am on an IVA. I recently received a letter form a compnay who I called back. They have told me that as part of the recent court ruling, I am abale to ge my Loans and credit cards debts defaulted. i.e. the creditors have incorreclty provided an agreement and I therefore no longer have to pay back this debt!
Wishful thinking I am. However, gullible I am not. I dont see how this could be true and yet this person was adamant it was. He did say I would have a default notice on my credit rating but that I would never have to pay this debt back. I asked how long the default notice would be on my credit file but he did not know and wnats to come and visit me. They appear on the wesite as a legitimate Financial Supprt service so I just dont know.
ANy comment splease?

Gut feeling would be do not touch with a bargepole. They rely on companies not holding or being able to find valid CCA agreementswhich MAY, technically mean they cannot be enforced. I am not sure how much this would be affected by the fact you are on an IVA. Also may companies charge, one way or another for this service. There is enough information on this website to do it for yourself!0

Its somewhat true but nothing you cant do yourself and these companies will charge a fee.MSE wont have anything to do with it so youd have to look elsewhere.
In simple terms if the creditor doesnt hold or doesnt have correct agreements the debt would be disputable and they shouldnt take legal action. Being in an IVA I really dont know as, I do know that is a legal agreement between you and creditors.
Id avoid these companies though, they wont be doing it as a favour to you.

Try Consumer action group.
What do you mean MSE wont have anything to do with it, do you read any other post on here, we are always telling people to ask for a CCA to check if it is valid.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

Ok well maybe not the site although they do block a very good and correct site and deleted my posts mentioning it. Not saying there arent a few that will help ie yourself but a lot of others get all nasty on the subject and treat the poster like a criminal.
I just feel it would be much better if the correct info was given clearly on the site in 1 place in a thread where people could be directed. Ive seen lots of people ask on here and someone will reply all rudely "you borrowed it you pay it back", that new poster will then go off and who knows do something stupid maybe as things were desperate.0
