Hi

I feel in a bit of a whole at the moment as a lot of other people are. But I've since been on a DMP with CCCS until yesterday where I gave them my budget and turned out I'm in deficit.

I've just moved back into my apartment which I own(used to rent it out as I changed jobs and on lower income) now I'm face with dealing with Lloyds TSB myself, they were terrible with the CCCS plan, haven't helped a bit, every payment went in, yet interest and charges have just made the debts larger!

I'm committed to living in my own place, and was told by CCCS that bankruptcy would be worth thinking about, and that was it.

I'm sure I can battle it out, I've manage living here since April/May, although things are very tight!

Recently been getting letters from SCM Solicitors who act on Lloyds behalf, was told by CCCS yesterday to phone them up and offer token payments, which I did, yet they(SCM) didn't even understand what I was saying and offering them, in the end I was on hold for ages and she came back and said "Yes, pay the £1 to your Branch" I gave up with them.

So, I've made two payments yesterday to my current account and credit card account, but not to my loan(as in my view a good will thing).

Loan is a different story tried reclaiming misssold PPI couple years ago, but foolishly accepted refund of PPI payment up to that date then(they didn't acknowledge that it was missold. Also wondering whether I can reclaim the whole lot back? Even though I signed a form and agreed this.

My main question is, where do I go from here? Also, can I reclaim. I've had no life for 7-8 years now just because I'm trying to pay Lloyds. Nightmare. I am employed, understand people will have the same situation and probably a lot more debt. Mine is around £9000 combined(Overdraft, credit card and loan) Loan being biggest amount.

Sorry for more rambling, but I am preparing a letter based on my own circumstances and the way I've been treated by Lloyds this weekend and was wondering what the best postal address would be to send letters to.

If anyone has any better advice than I do then I'm all ears and would be grateful, I've never posted in a forum before so sorry if you've heard all this before.

May I just add that due to anxiety/stress condition that I told them at the time of the loan(I didn't even go there for that, just a review they said) that they didn't even mention that it would affect me being out of work, which a couple months later I was out of work and left with no money coming in, due to a pre-existing condition.

Thanks.
