It's how many are they renting which is the survival point at the moment.
Agents have a more stable income stream than ever before through rentals.
Rentals are covering or making a slight profit over costs, sales are a bonus.0 -

TBF I think some got mortgages without a pulse (mortgage fraud using dead peoples names)0
