Terms and Conditions:

1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.brmb.co.uk and complete the survey as set online. Entrants must register their answer to the survey questions and their full contact details. Online entry will open at 12:00pm on FRIDAY 10TH JUNE and close at 11:59pm on SUNDAY 10TH JULY.

1.2 After the Competition has closed, all of the Entrants who have correctly answered the set question will go into a draw and the winner will be selected at random.

1.3 There will be 1 winner in this Competition who will be contacted by telephone within 48 hours of their win.

2) Eligibility
2.1 All Entrants must be UK residents and live in the Radio Station’s registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA).

2.2 Only one Entry per person is permitted. Any attempts at duplicate Entries will be deleted and the Radio Station reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to the Competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.

2.3 Any employees of Orion, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.

2.4 Entrants are only eligible to win once over the Duration of the Competition.

2.5 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Orion discovers before the delivery of the Prize that for any reason under these Rules or the Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, Orion reserves the right to disqualify the winner.

2.6 If the Winner or any member of the winner’s family residing at the same address (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc.) is found to have won a Prize on any Orion Radio Station (including BRMB) within the last six months with a prize value of £500 or greater, The Radio Station reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Prize from the Winner. The Radio Station’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

2.7 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.

2.8 Orion and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose entry is not received

3) Prize
3.1 One randomly selected winner will each receive 1 x Apple iPad 2.

3.2 The winner will need to collect their prize (1 x iPad 2) from brmb, Nine Brindleyplace, 4 Oozells Square, Birmingham, B1 2DJ.

3.3 Orion reserves the right to substitute the Prize
