I sent some extra evidence to the tribunal for my dla claim in February and i have just an acknowledgement letter for them today 3 months later? I have heard that copys of new evidence have to be sent out to all party's a withing a certain amount of time before the hearing could this be a sign that my hearing will be soon?

New evidence should be copied to all parties every time it is received, so I'm afraid this is not an indication that your appeal is to be heard.

The simplest thing is to ring the Tribunal Service and ask if they can give you an update.

The system is getting closeto collapse, the TS has 10,000s of appeals outstanding, and it is just going to get worse as the IB transferess start to lodge appeals.
