Equifax - Vodafone Alert

Hi guys,
I have just had an email from Equifax saying my credit report had something new to say...
Got a little bit excited as I thought two of my debts would be settled (o2 and new look)
Anyway turns out it's for a new credit agreement - WHAT?!
with Vodafone - which I have a contract with anyway but it's due to end in August so I have just asked Vodafone and they said that nothing has changed in the past 3 months - any ideas what this could be or is it a quest for Equifax?

I'd get onto it with Equifax. May be someone has used your details to get a new contract with Vodafone.Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
Lloyds old (22.4%) = 560 (Dec 2012)0 -
that's what I thought - I have emailed them... no one better had otherwise I'd not be a happy bunny! xxLife is too short not to love what you do.0

Hi Heidi
Thanks for your response - do not fear it's all sorted - think it's because I've added my new address to my contract so it's pulled all the info through
Thanks for getting in touch - did scare me!

Hi rdchick,
I can understand why you would be worried by it. Glad to hear that's all it was!
