if you have been served with papers yes, who do you owe to? They will be asking for you incoming and outgoings under oath
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    Information order

Before using enforcement action a creditor may ask you to go to a court for an interview about your income, outgoings and any assets you have, such as your house. This is called an ‘information order’.

This can happen at any time and not just when you miss a payment. The interview consists of a set of standard questions and you may be asked to bring things like your pay slips and credit agreements to the interview.

Warning It is very important that you go to the interview or tell the court if you cannot go. The court can actually send you to prison for not cooperating with the process so you must act if sent an interview date. If you want further help on information orders, phone us for advice.

    Talk to the court.

If you can't attend on the date given, then they should be reasonable and arrange something else.

It's only when someone takes the p15$ and deliberately ignores and refuses to cooperate with the court that they could take further action.

Contact the court and be reasonable, and it should be fine.
