Last week the six young members of Angelis were unknown. Today these exceptional British boys and girls, all aged 11-14, have a debut album that entered the charts at number 2 and looks set to be one of the biggest sellers this Christmas and the word-of-mouth album of the year.
How did these exceptionally gifted choir singers go from ordinary school students to the top of the charts? Without releasing a single and with a minimum of fanfare, Angelis have suddenly become one of the hottest properties in the music business.
