High Court Enforcement officer fees

Were can I post an issue I have with a high court enforcement company.
If this is the right place my problem is the "company" in question is going to make twice as much as the actual debt in charges and note things down like.
Administration fee - £100
Financial management fee - £50
First second, third attendance fee - £300
Payment plan fee - £25 x3 - £75 - would not that be the same as financial management
Seizure Fee - £2
Percentage of Monies recovered £25.66
Mileage - £19.00
Enquiries - £4
Inventory and Valuation Fees - £60.45
I think after working out what the law says they are legally allowed to claim and the charges they have put forward the total cost of charges on this account are no more than £100.
Maybe its time people started regulating the so called people who enforce these things because someone just got jail for loan sharking and this is worse because there using the law to make what they do look respectable.

There are set rules about what can and cannot be charged - I don't know what they are for high court enforcement but you should be able to find it somewhere on this website - http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/bailifffeecomplaints_howmuch.htm

If they have charged more than they are allowed then the charges are illegal or unreasonable you should make a complaint about them.
Also info here about how to complain http://www.hceoa.org.uk/faq/have-you-been-visited-by-a-high-court-enforcement-officer.htmlA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
