What are my rights? T Mobile
I want to cnx my contract as the 2nd mobile they have provided me with has now broken. They will only agree to repair it, which I feel is unfair as they are not fulfilling there contract. I have made several phone calls and many visits to a store to deal with all problems I have had with both phones supplied....what are my rights, does anyone know.

Not sure that you'll be able to cancel your contract, but you should be able to make them keep their side of the contract.
What bit of the contract are they not fulfilling?

The consensus here is that you have two independent contracts with the network: for the handset and for the airtime.I want to cnx my contract as the 2nd mobile they have provided me with has now broken. For the first contract the SoGA says that they have to either repair or replace the handset.0
