PPI re-claim - help needed!!

Hi everyone.
Im hoping someone can answer my question.... I had been paying for a PPI policy since early 2005, I didnt know I had it, but when I came to increase my loan in April 2009, the advisor told me about the policy and I cancelled it. As I cancelled it just over 2 years ago, am I still eligible to claim?

Yes you can still make a reclaim, who is this with?

If with the bank - procedures of making a reclaim on the ppi should be enclosed with a reclam questionnaire, or the details from this site below, step 3 a reclaim questionnaire, complete and send to head/complaints office of whom sold you the account, keep copies and allow 8 weeks for a decision, good luck.

You are not eligible to claim because the policy is no longer in force but if you mean "can I complain" then the answer is yes - however, that does not automatically mean you will receive redress.
