Lloyds Tsb PPI Reclaim advice?

Hi, back in Nov 2004 my mum took out a loan for £10,000 on my behalf as myself only being 18, I had no credit rating and was refused. I had a steady full time job and a decent wage coming in every month which would cover the loan. The loan was for 6 years and ended in 2010.. At the time the bank advisor was well aware of the situation, that the loan was for myself and still my mother was sold the PPI.. Thinking back, as it was myself that was paying the loan every month, If I was to loose my job etc, the PPI would have been worthless, as the loan was in my mums name. Can anyone advise is it worth submitting a claim, or any further advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

tricky one that one as the loan was in your mums name etc so from a banks point of view "who are you" im sure others will be better imformed to help.
