Hi
I have been trying to work through the mountain of info about mis-sold PPI.
I'm not very good with these things as - I know how stupid this sounds - financial stuff scares me silly:o I usually just leave it to someone else to sort for me but I know I have to start learning about all these things.
Anyway - I think I was mis-sold PPI on a store card. I had just had my babies and went into New look ( was actually still in hospital and they let me out for a few hours) and signed up to a card. I wasn't working or on maternity leave (my partner works) so from what I have read now it was useless. Can't remember exactly how it went but I signed it in store and they just sent my card through.
This was 11 years ago and it was then GE capital - now it is by santander. I haven't used the card for ages but have been paying it off ( minimum payment
)
Can anyone advise what to do? Will it make a difference that it was switched companies?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there
I am aware its Santander you will send your complaint to, as these seem to be dealing with GE complaints now.
More details below, step 3 to the reclaim questionnaire, good luck.
