is it too late to stick some in my heated propogator? If it isn;t how long will they take to germinate?

Thank you :)

No need for the propogator. just plant now in good compost and they will get away quickly.

I personally would put them in the propogator for 4 weeks. Only because of the winds at the moment.

I have 2 grow bags with mine in and i still have some in the mini green house until they just grow a little bit bigger.

Then i put them against our fence on netting and grow them up and secure loosely with gardening wire or cotton or whatever i have handy.

We have competitions in our family and i always win LOL!! I *LOVE* sweet peas :)

its certainly not too late :)
