Ccj help

Hi Guys first post!!
i know this subject has been covered a million times but i was hoping someone could give me some advice regarding my own situation.
usual story revolves around being young and naive and spending like it was going out of fashion and the upshot was i ended up with a CCJ for the best part of 20k in oct 2006.
this was issued by natwest and has always shown on my credit expert as 3 logs for natwest (2 bank account o/d's and a personal loan) as well as the county court judgement details.
it was arranged i would pay £15 a month towards the debt which i have done for the last 5 years although initially i did use a debt management service which would actually make the debts 6 years old.
the confusing part now is that having just checked my credit report there is no record anymore of the natwest logs and the amounts involved, only the CCJ info listed under public records which doesnt even list who the creditor is?!
what i am trying to figure out is what will happen next year when the ccj hits 6 years old as the actual defaults with the bank are already 6 year old but the ccj is 5....will this drop off and dissapear and i might be able to get a mortgage at last or would natwest then reapply with the courts to issue the default again?
sorry for the ramble its just confusing me as everyone has their own specific issues and none that i can find resemble mine!
any help greatly appreciated
