I ordered this too and funnily enough it arrived in a tatty box and mine had a crack along the base. The unit itself was dusty and looked like it was ex-display or something.

I contacted customer services and recieved exactly the same response.

I didn't fancy throwing more money at it by paying for return postage, so it went in the bin.

This company is running a scam.

I won't ever buy from them again and have advised others not too.

Hope the owner/people running it come to a nasty end.:mad::mad:
