Hi
I am looking for some advice.
I am rather disappointed with regards a seller on eBay.
I bought a throttle body for my car on Sunday night from a business seller, I made instant payment via PayPal of £121.75 with £10.00 postage for Royal Mail 1st class Signe For.
It was marked dispatched on Monday late morning and a E-mail sent to me advising it had been sent.
However, Wenesday came and went, all day in and no item.
I message the seller last night requesting the tracking number and for him to advise further.
I had a message this morning saying do you want the tracking number? - I asked for it but he has clearly not supplied me with it, why? Because I believe he is buying time and hasn't posted it!
So I replied this evening saying I have had no item again today and I am now seeking a resolve, I have requested the tracking number and requested he looks into the matter, not reply at present.
I will open a case in the next few days as it states in the listing "NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF PAID FOR BY 12PM"
I made payment on Sunday night at 11:38pm.
Any advice?
I have looked at there feedback and they have done this sort of thing with lack of communication a month ago on the same item I ordered, which also wasn't ever received!!
I'm not worried about my money as I know I'll get a refund at worse but I'm angry that I've wasted a week with my car off the road and this guy hasn't sent me it, clearly.
I've said I want another one not a refund as a first resolve but even if he posts one tomorrow I'll never get it by the bank holiday, so there goes my car for the whole weekend.
I'd welcome advice
