Fantastic house viewing weather coming up

Hi Chaps & Chaperones

I see we have a mouth watering bit of house viewing weather coming up, and seeing as many of you are in the market for a home, I was just wondering if any one else will be partaking ?

But that's the problem though - lots of window shoppers but very few buyers.

does steam cleaning work? my decking is beyond filthy, really disgraceful, well, last year i scrubbed it really clean but it's been quite badly stained over the years...

i actually meant using a power/pressure washer - tried it on one of the smaller areas and works a treat.

careful not to get too close as the power of the water can splinter the wood - cleans it like a beauty though.

What type of oil do you use? We've used linseed oil but quite disappointed as it looks patchy. We really underestimated how much we'd need so perhaps tried to spread it too thinly.

Thank you Tod. We've had warm weather and two long weekends for "a mouth watering bit of viewing" in the past few weeks. For some reason this has precipitated the lowest level of house sales since Emporer Claudius sent his legionaires in. I blame the Ides of March (or possibly irrational house prices)
