Hi all techies

A friend of mine, keeps banging on about a video e-mail product. He say's that it's the best thing since sliced bread. (Don't want to name it just in case it's wrong to do so). It cost's about £3 pm. Looks ok.
His discription to me (edited of course) is...
no downloads or attatchments, so no viruses, no programs to download into you PC, because its totally web based and online, or you do is look into the camera and click send,...
Have you guys / do you guys, use this sort of product? What kind of feedback can you give?

Sounds like nonsense to me. How can you get a virus by recording video of yourself?
You'll get video capture software for free, bundled with webcams.

My interpritation of what he was saying was, that as you don't have to download anything, there is no risk of virus.

But, I will agree with you on edi7on's post...Good spot.
