Ok, you need to spend over £500 for the first three months to get the £90 vouchers. The problem is that I don't spend that on fuel/shopping.

Is there any smart person willing to help or is there no solution?

I'm new to credit cards and was thinking if I paid £501 for 3 months from the card to my bank account or is this a 'balance transfer' and there would be the 2-3% fee?

Don't do anything involving withdrawing cash. It'll incur fees, interest and won't earn cashback.

Bottom line is you use the card for everything can out of what you already buy. Don't start buying additional things and make sure any charges levied by merchants (such as travel) doesn't outweigh the cashback.

Ok, i suppose this is too difficult. Was thinking of paying myself on paypal, but then fees (even with gift because of CC I think)

Maybe think about the timing of it. Is there a period where you have renewals you could pay for the on card - car insurance, MOT/service, magazine subscription, TV licence. Or other things you could swap to the card for - Sky, electricity, gas,etc (all assuming they accept and there are not additional charges). That way you could maybe scoop up a couple of hundred pounds more?

Council tax is another relatively large, regular payment that you can often pay by credit card. There may be a fee for this though, which would outweigh the benefits, so check the details with your local council.

I easily spend £500 per month on my AMEX, just by putting all my day to day spending on it.
    Gone ... or have I?

Council tax, Water bills and Phone bills can usually be paid by amex which should increase the spend on top of that if you have a sky sub you might be able to put that through with a 50p sky fee.

Do u have to spend £500 only in the first 3 months or is it £500 each month (£1500) for the first 3 months for the vouchers?

If you shop in the same supermarket all the time, why not buy gift cards to top your spending up to the £500 per month required? That way you can spend them when the three months is over and you'll qualify for the £90 of vouchers.
