escalated complaint & got a refund

I made a complaint to ebay because i never received an item i won , after still waiting ages with no sign of the item i escalated the claim to ebay . I expected to wait a few weeks to hear whether i had won my claim but a day later i got a responce from ebay saying id won and they had given me a full refund into my pal pal account . I just wondered would it have been ebay who had paid me this money or had ebay contacted the seller and the seller had refunded me ? What if i get the item in the next few days ?

Ebay will have taken the funds from the seller's account to put into yours, taking the seller into negative balance if necessary (then they chase that). If it does come I suppose the honest thing would be to repay the seller, then give the appropriate feedback and stars for time taken to deliver and lack of contact (assuming you've tried to contact them)I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0
