suspicious buyer? where?!

I’ve had an email from eBay saying that someone has won one of my items but that they are “suspicious” and ebay have removed their bid and not to post the item.

The thing is – I have double checked, and I don’t have a buyer with that eBay id?

eBay live chat isn’t working

Should I ignore?

Hi. I have had this before and did a search and found it was someone who had bid on one of my items but luckily had been outbid by someone else.
