Question regarding possible parcel lost...

I sold 5 items to the same person last week.
She paid for each item separately which suprised me but anyway I sent them all in one parcel on Wednesday 1st Class but not recorded delivery (total value less than £41 to me as the seller)
Today I got an email asking where the items are so I have emailed asking her to wait a little bit longer.
Can she leave me 5 bad feedback as she paid for each item separately if she decided to be mean and if she had paid for everything together would that be 1 feedback...
How long do you think I should wait before refunding...
Thanks

You are a little early to be considering refunding and I would go back to the buyer and be very reassuring and ask her to wait a few more days, maybe until saturday, and then contact you again if the item hasn't arrived.

The buyer could leave 5 lots of feedback and stars but it is rare for a buyer to leave poor feedback for a lost item so I wouldn't worry too much. However as you presumably saved money on postage did you refund any of that to the buyer?

thanks soolin, I am worried about my TSR status!
Yes I gave the buyer a 12% refund of her total which was close to £70

So the buyer doesn't have anything to feel aggrieved about, and that is good. I would still be looking for them to wait longer before a refund though, it has been less than a week and I think that is unrealistic.

I know it is always a gamble when we worry about out TRS status so you may well have to play this by ear..but push for a longer wait as far as you can.
