Here are the Terms of the MSN/Windows Live Hello Christmas Competition.

MSN Hello Christmas Competition
This competition is open to United Kingdom residents, except employees of Microsoft Limited, Thin Martian Limited and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these rules as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, or persons residing in the household of such employees), and anyone else professionally connected with this competition. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
Only one entry per person.
No purchase necessary.
The competition will launch at 9.00am on Friday 24th November, 2006 and run for seven (7) weeks until 5.00pm on Friday 12th January, 2007.
To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must register to enter this competition at http://www.hellochristmas.co.uk/. The closing date for receipt of entries is 5pm on Friday 12th January, 2007. The judging will be completed by 5pm Friday 19th January, 2007.
Entries that are incomplete, defaced or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
Ten (10) entries will be randomly selected by the judges as the winning entries. The panel of judges will comprise representatives from Microsoft Limited and Thin Martian Limited.
Each of the ten (10) entries will win a pair of LifeCam VX-3000 webcams.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute these prizes with alternatives of a similar value. No cash alternatives are available.
Details of the prize winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to “MSN Hello Christmas Competition” at the address given below, after 28th February, 2007.
Prize winners will be notified by e-mail by Monday 22nd January, 2007. The prizes will be mailed out to the winners.
The collection of personally identifiable information for the purposes of this competition will be subject to the MSN Privacy Statement at http://privacy1.msn.com/uk/. Specifically, the data collected through this competition will be used to send an email to entrants to confirm whether the entrant has won a prize or not. The “MSN Hello Christmas Competition” site is hosted by Thin Martian Limited on behalf of Microsoft Limited. All personally identifiable information will be deleted approximately six (6) weeks after the winners are selected.
These terms and conditions, the conduct of this competition and the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Entrants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
