Downgrade Sky, Keep Broadband

Our current subscription is as follows -

Downstairs - Sky+ HD
Upstairs - Sky+
All entertainment channels
Sky Sports
1 HD subscription
1 multiroom
Unlimited Broadband
Sky Talk anytime

We are looking to downgrade to the minimum possible but still keep the unlimited broadband and Talk anytime.

The HD sub can definitely go and also the sports package and also the multiroom.

Can anyone tell me please what the minimum would be to keep the broadband and phone. Would just subscribing to one entertainment pack do it (or do I need to even do that?)

Also I would like to keep the Sky+ functionality for the downstairs box. Would the above apply to that?
