Nationwide e-isa

Can anyone tell me how I can change my E-ISA currently with nationwide to a better rate E-ISA with nationwide.
As an old customer I am only getting 2.75% inc bonus new customers get 3.10% inc bonus.
Do I need to get a Isa consolidation form even if it is an internal transfer
ie/ from one E ISA to another E-ISA

Yes, you open the new one and transfer in the old one at the same time. It's all in the application ;)

You don't have to use the Consolidation Form. Open the new one on line. When it is open transfer on line.

You don't even have to wait until it's open, there's an option to transfer it over during the application, as I stated. It's done almost instantly.

Yes. Did it yesterday. And like people have said, the process for opening the new eISA, asks whether you want to transfer the old account balance, so it's totally painless.

Ah! It's changed since I last did it. Well done Nationwide.

It's just a pity that they are forcing loyal customers to jump through hoops in order to keep that high rate of interest though. Remember when the NW prided itself on not being like the big bad banks and worked for the benefit of their members? How long ago those days seem now!

Where are you getting your figures from?

I'm also an "old" customer with a NW E-ISA, I'm getting 3.2% (Detailed here http://www.natwest.com/personal/savings/g6/rates.ashx and also by my own calculations).

Also, I don't see anywhere on the NW site that mentions an ISA paying 3.1% inc. bonus.

Not doubting you, just making sure I understand what's going on.
