when doing the code just make sure you put it in as

100 (Only, dont paste and cope or it add's the D to the first bit) then
    D03241a

    this link works

Click 'HERE' scroll to where you add the e-value code, add as stated above then scroll to option and change to european collect and return (which will take away £164.50)update price
Then continue twice, then add to basket, job done ;)

The Dell website does seem very flaky for this page.

    Try http://configure.euro.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?cs=ukdhs1&kc=100&oc=D03241a&x=11&y=10
and then change the Support service.

Chico, your £186.83 pc was posted on another website a day after you made your posting, with no statement of source, and described as a £187 machine. The website link on that website also does not seem to work, but comes up with an error message similar to the one quoted by rizla01 above! :)

On that website, they describe a second system, including monitor, for £221, for which the link is again broken.

I guess that system must be the one I've got on the Dell website using e-value code 100 D03245, costing £221.43 including delivery and VAT.

    Dimension 2400 (D03245)
    Processor Intel® Celeron® Processor (2.4GHz, 128K cache, 400MHz FSB)
Operating System Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition SP2
Memory 256MB Single Channel DDR (1x256MB)
    Keyboard Dell QuietKey Keyboard
Monitor Dell E773p 17" (16.0 VIS) Value CRT Monitor
Hard Drive 40GB (7,200 rpm) IDE Hard Drive
Floppy Drives No Floppy Drive Required
    Mouse Dell USB Optical Mouse
    Modem Dell v92 Data/Fax modem
    CD ROM/DVD ROM 48X DVD/CDRW Combo Drive
    Speakers No Speakers
Microsoft Application Software Microsoft® Works 7.0
Support Service 1 Year European Collect and Return Service

The above system must be what iwanttitnow is talking about as the 'best current deal' for £34 more, with a link is to an external website where the pages are password protected.

Yes, this system is the same as e-value code UKDHSONL-D03245, one of Recommended Solutions in the range of new offers on this Dell website page.
