more financial ltd-problems

I have parted with £69.50 for more financial who have guaranteed I have a loan in place,but nothing has happened since then and I am worried they will take even more out of my account. HELP I am worried. Also can I get my money back?

    Basically you have paid a broker fee.

    In their terms and conditions section on their website are details of getting a refund of the fee.

    You have 14 days to cancel your application. You must WRITE to them at Customer Service Department, More Financial, Winton House, Winton Square, Basingstoke, RG21 8EN

    You should send the letter recorded delivery.

    Once again you need to write, don't phone, don't email, but write recorded delivery to them.

    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    If the bank wont lend you money i would not go to companies like this you might end up getting in to serious trouble.
