Novel way of receiving buyer feedback!

Ah, how sweet - in my real-life post today, a typewritten card from an older buyer saying thank you for the item they bought from me, and how much they liked it!

Even though they've not left feedback on ebay, I think I prefer their nice manners to a curt "OK" left electronically :)

Anybody else had feedback by snail mail??

Not feedback, but I once got a nice surprise from a seller after 2 years since I bought a train set from her. It was a micro thomas the tank engine set with little engines and carriages. She found one of the little carriages down the back of the settee and posted it to me, apologising because it should have been posted with the set (I never even noticed it was missing). What surprised me was that she still had my address - there are some nice ebayers out there!

Yeah, I love that at times as there are so many horrible buyers taking advantages on eBay regularly.

Yes, I bought a small item last year, nothing expensive and yet it was so beautifully wrapped, right down to having scented rose petals fluttering about when I opened it! It proper made my day (although probably not to everyones liking) and made me quite ashamed of my customary "wrapped in plain brown paper" work :o
