The Prize Draw is open to those aged eighteen (18) or over, who are residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of Speedo, Pentland Group plc, InterContinental Hotels Group, any associated companies, and their families.

4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. You do not have to buy any Speedo products in order to enter this Prize Draw.

5. There will be one (1) prize of a trip for two (2) people to attend the last week of the 14th FINA World Swimming Championships in Shanghai. The championships will be held between Saturday 16 July 2011 and Sunday 31 July 2011. The prize will include one (1) weeks hotel accommodation (hotel accommodation to hold at least a 3 star rating) for the winner and their travel companion and entry to the World Swimming Championships. The prize will also include direct return flights from either London Heathrow or London Gatwick airport in the UK to Pu Dong airport in Shanghai, China.

Please note:

• the prize does not include transport to or from London Heathrow or London Gatwick airport, spending money or travel/holiday insurance;

• the winner and their travel companion must have valid passports with a minimum of six (6) months validity. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining any travel visas which they require to take the trip;

• the winner and their travel companion will be responsible for adhering to airline and accommodation standards at all times;

• the winner’s chosen travel companion must be aged eighteen (18) or over;

• the prize excludes all expenses and costs except as specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions;

• the promoter shall not be liable for any travel delays, cancellations and/or any additional costs or expense incurred by the winner and/or their travel companion arising from an event outside of the promoter’s control.

6. The draw will be made by an independent person and the promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified either by telephone or email by 02 June 2011.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted by 9 June 2011, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random and award the prize to this entry. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
