Special next day delivery - are scams possible?

I have just sold some vouchers to a buyer and he is being very tricky with me. Told me to leave him positive feedback immediately and generally being very bossy. Tomorrow I intend to send the vouchers special next day delivery, so obviously he will have to sign for them and I should be covered...
But I just have a feeling he might be dodgy. Would he be able to sign for the letter, but then say there was nothing in the envelope and try to get a refund? If he did this would paypal support him?
I intend to keep a copy of the serial number of the vouchers. Am I being paranoid? Am I doing everything I can to cover myself?

it wouldnt be the first time, and asking for feedback first as a buyer is a bit weird

Seriously? If he lied that there was nothing in the envelope paypal would refund him?

Do hope you're not thinking of sending him an empty envelope...

Vouchers are not covered for buyer protection so he could not make a claim.

He may however be able to ask his card company, if he uses one, to foe a chargeback. Your cop will defend against it, so retain it for 180 days.

Thanks for the info. I feel a bit better now as I see he has bought these vouchers before and got good feedback. He's just a very arsey person I guess- certainly seems that way from the emails I've recieved from him.

And maybe he has been a victim of, or read about, ebay sellers scamming. You just don't know. As for him asking for good feedback, that's the only type you can give. Again, if he has been a prompt payer in the past and received none, he may be sensetive about that.
